Part of Corbett National Park, in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand-Dhikala is the most sought after safari zone of Corbett as it gives a chance to live in the heart of Corbett, near the Dhikala grasslands which are home to a plethora of wildlife including tigers, Asiatic elephants, leopards, hog deer, barking deer, sambar deer, spotted deer and over 400 species of birds. Best Time To Visit Dhikala

Dhikala remains open from 15th November to 15th June. Because of monsoon, Dhikala remains closed for the remaining months.

Weather remains cool and pleasant between December to March. Most of the tourists visit Dhikala between December to March because of this reason. April to June are hot but sighting of wild animals is easier in these months. Animals often easily seen around river &  various man made waterholes.

                                            Ranthambore National park is an ideal year-around travel destination of India. However general tourists mostly visit Ranthambore National park between October and April as this is the time when wildlife spotting is good and weather conditions are appropriate.

                                            From May to June, the temperature remains quite high going up to 45°C. During this period it becomes tough for visitors to do the safari. You will find mostly wildlife photographers and wildlife enthusiasts during these months.

                                            From 1st October to 30th June, all zones of Ranthambore National Park remains open. For the remaining months only zones 6 to 10 are open, which is also subject to weather & road conditions.

                                            BY ROAD:

                                            Ranthambore National park is easily accessible by road with number of small and big cities in India like Delhi (380 kms), Jaipur (180 kms), Agra (245 kms), Ahmedabad (687 kms), Kota (124 kms) etc.

                                            BY RAIL:

                                            The closest railway station is Sawai Madhopur (11 kms). It is very well connected from major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Kota, Ahmedabad etc.

                                            BY AIR:

                                            Jaipur, located at a distance of 180 kms is the nearest Domestic & International airport for Ranthambore National Park. One can hire cab from Jaipur to reach Ranthambore. Most of the airports in India have air connectivity with Jaipur.

                                              Nestled between the foothills of the Himalayas and the Fertile plains of the Indo-Ganga basin, Rajaji National Park part of the second tiger reserve of Uttarakhand, Rajai Tiger Reserve is a mix of broad-leafed forest with riverine habitats and grasslands and extends into Haridwar, Dehradun and Pauri Garhwal districts. Renowned for its elephants and for their forest corridors of Chilla and Motichur, Rajaji offers a relatively quaint and offbeat experience as opposed to the crowd favourite Corbett. Other wildlife includes tigers, leopards, and even the mountain Goat-Goral and chital, sambar and barking deer amongst herbivores. There are over 300 species of birds present inside the park which has a mix of woodland and aquatic birds and thus ticks birders’ interest as well. Wildlife safaris are by open gypsies and has three zones namely- Jhilmil, Chilla and Ranipur.

                                              Rajaji National Park remains open for tourists from 15th November to 15th June. Because of monsoon, Rajaji National park remains closed for the remaining months.

                                              Between April to June it is generally hot, as the temperature soar high in these months. However this is the best time to spot animals & wildlife photography.

Chilla range of Rajaji National park is only 9 kms from Haridwar railway station. Other nearest railheads are Rishikesh (18 kms) & Dehradun (60kms).

                                                Home of Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle book, Pench National Park extends over two states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. It is one of the most beautiful national parks in India and one of the most productive as it holds the highest density of spotted deer in India. Landscape include tall Sal trees mixed with grasslands and Pench river flows in between the park dividing it into two regions. Major wildlife attraction includes tigers, wolves, leopards, wild dogs, gaurs, and many species of deers. Pench is also home to a wide variety of birds. Nagpur is the nearest town to Pench and the best times for safaris are between November to May. Safari is curated in gypsies in different zones. On the Madhya Pradesh side -Turia, Karmajhiri, Jamtara Zone, Wolf Sanctuary, Teliyaand Rukhad zones are present while Khhursapur and Sillari zones are present towards the Maharashtra side. Best timing to visit of from October to March and some zones of Pench are open throughout the year.

Mostly tourists visit Pench National park between October to March because of this reason. December to March is the best time for bird watching.                                                 From April to June the heat is unbearable and most of the vegetation at Pench gets dried but sighting of wild animals is easier in these months than compare to winters. Wild animals often easily seen around various man made waterholes.

                                                  Lying in the continuity of the Tropical and subtropical dry broadleaf forests, Panna National Park  is nested in the Panna and Chattarpur district of Madhya Pradesh.  This deciduous forest landscape has many spectacular sites like ts famed gorges and is home to many mammals and over 200 species of birds. Along with the Ken Gharial Sanctuary and north and south forest division, the national park forms the Panna Tiger Reserve which once lost all its tigers in 2009, but now a strong hold of the magnificent feline with more than 50 individuals roaming in the protected area. With a mix of tigers brought in various tigers in Central India, Panna has successful maintained it tiger population and now has become one of the most sought after wildlife place in Madhya Pradesh. Other mammals include Leopards, Sloth Bears, Spotted and Sāmbhar deers. Safaris are curated in gypsies mostly in the buffer region which has two gates- Madla and Hinauta. The park is closed for the rain season from July to September with the best time to visit being from December to February.
