Overview

Nestled between the foothills of the Himalayas and the Fertile plains of the Indo-Ganga basin, Rajaji National Park part of the second tiger reserve of Uttarakhand, Rajai Tiger Reserve is a mix of broad-leafed forest with riverine habitats and grasslands and extends into Haridwar, Dehradun and Pauri Garhwal districts.
